Claudia A. Eisenmann, MBA, FACHE
President and Chief Executive Officer
Claudia joined Gibson General in September 2018 as president & chief executive officer (CEO). She brings more than 20 years of healthcare executive leadership experience to the position.
Prior to joining Gibson General, Claudia was the CEO of Wilbarger General Hospital in Vernon, Texas, where she directed the quality and financial turnarounds of the hospital, recruited five new healthcare providers, established a hospitalist program, launched an employee wellness program, opened a community wellness trail, and established the hospital’s foundation. Her efforts to revitalize the hospital earned her a nomination as one of the city’s Game Changers for 2016.
Claudia earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Kentucky University, and a master's of business administration with concentration in healthcare management from Baker College in Flint, Mich. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Lois A. Morgan, DNP, RN, NEA-BC
Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer
A Gibson County native, Lois joined Gibson General Hospital in February 2018 as vice president and chief nursing officer. As CNO, Lois leads the hospital's clinical operations, nursing education, patient care programs and quality improvement initiatives.
An accomplished nurse executive, Lois brings more than 25 years of nursing and health care leadership experience, most recently serving as vice president and CNO at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, Ky. Prior to that, she served in senior nursing leadership positions at Select Specialty Hospital and St. Mary's Health System, both in Evansville. Lois started her career at the former Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville, working in various nursing and nurse management positions.
Lois earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Evansville. She also received a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of South Alabama, Mobile. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Executive, Advanced.
