 Thomas Joseph, MD, MBA, FRCSC
Chief of Staff
Dr. Joseph joined the hospital’s medical staff in 2007. He has earned medical degrees from Christian Medical College, India and Liverpool University, United Kingdom, and completed residencies at Christian Medical College, National Health Services in the UK and at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Joseph also holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
 Richard Loesch, DPM
Vice Chief of Staff
A Gibson General Hospital physician since 1981, Dr. Loesch graduated from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago, Ill.
 Bruce Brink, Jr., DO
Secretary/Treasurer
A Princeton native and Gibson General Hospital physician since 1979, Dr. Brink, Jr., graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and served his residency and internship at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He is a fellow of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. He also serves as the medical director for Tulip Tree Health Services and as the Gibson County Health Officer.
