Should you or your family have a compliment, question or concern about your experience at Gibson General, we would like to hear from you. 
Patients and families are encouraged to address concerns with their nurse, the department or unit manager, or their doctor. You may also report your concerns to Gibson General Hospital Administration or the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Office to resolve matters important to you.
After your hospital stay, you may receive a survey in the mail asking about your experiences during your stay or visit. Your responses help us understand how we can better serve our patients and families.
